After serving in the Welsh Guards, Oliver Littley began his journey into the world of fashion and tailoring with his first experience at Hawkes Essentials of Cardiff, South Wales.
Oliver found his passion in life and decided to gain more experience and skills, so enrolled at The London College of Fashion. This was where he learned all aspects of pattern cutting and construction of well-made tailored garment.
After completing his degree, Oliver made a decision to join Browns Fashion as a Brand Specialist for Designers such as Dries Van Noten, Comme des Garçons, Martin Margiela, and Jil Sander.
2002 he joined the house of Burberry, where he was put in charge of the main line collection of Prorsum, working under the direction of Christopher Bailey now CEO of Burberry. After the opening of the brand at the famous Knightsbridge store and attending many of the fashion shows in Milan, Oliver made a decision to enhance his knowledge of bespoke tailoring.
Oliver then worked alongside Timothy Everest, learning the discipline of exacting bespoke tailoring at the famous Atelier House situated in Spitalfields London.
After gaining all the knowledge needed. Oliver wanted to explore the new age of tailoring and technology working with a modern edge seen today in the high end of the fashion industry, so he made the move to create his own tailoring house. Finally in 2010 Oliver Littley fine tailoring was born.
Oliver Littley is about being different and refusing to follow trends of other tailors, which is why Oliver makes "Exquisite tailored clothing" that clients become addicted to.
Clients would agree Oliver Littley is a twist of its own.
